After years of witnessing the quiet struggles of families in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties, Erica recognized a profound gap in the quality of care available to our seniors and adults with developmental disabilities.
She saw that while basic needs were often met, the essential elements of human dignity, personal independence, and true family-like connection were frequently missing.
